On-line shopping saves energy and reduces greenhouse gas emissions by decreasing consumer transportation and shipping of products to retail stores. One delivery truck efficiently delivering gifts uses less energy than each recipient driving around to many stores. 

 

 

 

Robin's Nest

A nest is home--a place that offers shelter for nurturing life. They are usually made of some natural material such as twigs, grass, or leaves, or they may be a hole in a tree, a crevice in a rock or a protected place in a building. Nests are built primarily by birds, but also by mammals, fish, insects, and reptiles. When we humans create our homes with natural materials, we are building our own nests.
